The bar prices also feel over the top, pushing a pint to feel more like a special occasion rather than a casual drink. Dining options fell flat — the bar menu lacked variety, and portion sizes didn’t match the price tag, leaving diners feeling disappointed. cleanliness issues were evident in the room, like stained bedding and unclean cups, which marks an unfortunate oversight for a place priced at this range.

I had an overall enjoyable stay with fantastic spa treatments that helped me unwind completely, but the dining experience was marred by incredibly slow service and miscommunication regarding our meal arrangements. The room was clean and spacious, which made for a comfortable stay. there were several staff interactions that were frustrating, particularly during dinner service.

my stay at norton park exceeded expectations compared to my previous visit in sutton scotney. the classic double room was spacious and clean, making it a great place to unwind. the spa offered a fantastic atmosphere with excellent facilities for relaxation.

Our room had a comfy vibe, nice and clean with modern amenities. The bed was super cozy, and the big TV was a nice touch for chilling in the evenings. There was a separate living area which really made it feel like a home away from home. Plus, having a fridge in the room was a bonus! Couldn't have asked for more in terms of comfort.
